Our company’s commitment is the production of Gluten-Free and Organic pasta using special flours made from legumes and cereals that are naturally gluten-free. Born in response to the needs of people with celiac disease, gluten-free pasta has become part of the diet of a now vast audience, much more attentive to the quality of their diet than before. Observing this trend made us realize that we needed to dedicate our expertise in artisanal pasta production to creating a wider range of products.

Our Truffle pasta is born by the meeting of corn and rice gluten free pasta for excellence with the precious Piemontese tuber. From the meeting of these ingredients with truffle, it is possible to create an extraordinary flavours’ fusion. The pasta keeps perfectly the texture after cooking, to be savored simply seasoned with a drizzle of EVO oil or with melted butter in order to accentuate the truffle’s flavour.
